When you land an interview, the last thing you want to do is badmouth your past employers or come across as a complainer. The hiring manager will likely assume you’re the problem if you come in with a litany of complaints, and won’t be eager to bring you on board.

Lack of Interview Prep.

It’s important you prepare to impress a hiring manager in an interview. This means researching the company, tailoring your answers to show you have the skills to do the job well, and practicing answers to tough interview questions.
