New and Current Employees
Welcome to IES Custom Staffing! Here is some helpful information about making sure our partnership is a success! As an employee, we expect you to maintain a good work ethic, follow all safety policies, report to work at the scheduled time, and follow the rules and regulations of IES Custom Staffing and their clients.
Timecards are due every Monday by NOON! You can email or fax your timecards to the branch. If you cannot make it in during working hours, we have timecard drops at each location. Timecards must have your name, the last four digits of your Social Security number, the company’s name, date, time, your signature, and your supervisor’s signature. Failure to have this information can result in a delay of pay.
People Net is our electronic timekeeping system. You can login here. If you do not have a login, you will either have to register for one or contact IES Custom Staffing to set you up.
IES Custom Staffing offers three methods to collect your wages:
- The first is electronic pay via direct deposit (Download the direct deposit authorization).
- Second is the Global Cash Card where your wages are deposited to your account the same as direct deposit (Login to Global Cash Card for paystubs and W-2s).
- Third is the old-fashioned paper check. If you do not elect the fast-pay methods, then we will mail you a check to the last mailing address you provided us. We are not responsible if your check is lost in the mail for failing to update your records with us.
Payday is every Friday, unless the client you are working for is on a different pay schedule (i.e., biweekly, semimonthly).
Safety is our number-one concern. IES Custom Staffing strives to make sure we only work with safe clients to ensure the safety of our employees. We also want our employees to commit to being safe. Failure to follow IES Custom Staffing’s or their clients’ safety policies and procedures will result in strict disciplinary actions.
Our work motto is: If the job cannot be done safely, don’t do it! If you have a safety comment or concern, please notify your branch immediately. If you would like to remain anonymous, you can fill out the Employee Safety Notification Sheet and drop it into the timecard box or email the IES Risk Manager.
