New and Current Employees
Welcome to IES Custom Staffing! Here is some helpful information about making sure our partnership is a success! As an employee, we expect you to maintain a good work ethic, follow all safety policies, report to work at the scheduled time, and follow the rules and regulations of IES Custom Staffing and their clients.
Timecards are due every Monday by NOON! You can email or fax your timecards to your local branch. If you cannot make it in during working hours, we have timecard drops at each branch location. Your timecard/s must include the following:
- Your First and Last name
- Last 4 digits of your social security number
- Company name of where you worked
- Dates you worked
- Your daily start time, end time, and total break time
- Your signature
- Your supervisor signature
Failure to have this information can result in a delay of pay.
Depending on your work location, you may be asked to utilize an electronic timekeeping system.
Choose one of the following ways to get paid:
- Direct Deposit
- You choose what checking account or savings account your funds will be deposited to every pay day.
- ADP Aline Card
- A reloadable prepaid payroll card that is yours to keep, no matter where you work.
- ADP Aline Check
- A payroll check you authenticate and write to yourself.
Payday is every Friday, unless the client you are working for is on a different pay schedule (biweekly or semimonthly).

Safety is our number-one concern. IES Custom Staffing strives to make sure we only work with safe clients to ensure the safety of our employees. We also want our employees to commit to being safe. Failure to follow IES Custom Staffing’s or their clients’ safety policies and procedures will result in strict disciplinary actions.
Our work motto is: If the job cannot be done safely, don’t do it! If you have a safety comment or concern, please notify your branch immediately.
